By booking a service with Lahore Cleaning Service or using https://www.lahorecleaningservice.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including full house deep cleaning, sofa & carpet cleaning, kitchen & washroom cleaning, water tank cleaning, office & commercial cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning across Lahore.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp after your quote request.
• We aim to arrive within the scheduled time window; delays may occur due to traffic or prior jobs.
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

4. Payment

Final charges are confirmed during a free walkthrough based on your property's condition and size. We accept Cash, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If any cleaned area does not meet our quality standard, notify us within 24 hours and we will send our team back for a free re-clean.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
• Disclose any fragile items, surfaces, or special handling instructions in advance.
• Secure valuables; Lahore Cleaning Service is not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed fragile items.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations made with reasonable notice are free of charge. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lahore Cleaning Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or a partial refund, at our discretion.
